桑頓新能源科技有限公司（簡稱“桑頓新能源”）成立于2011年，是專業(yè)提供鋰電能源研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)解決方案的鋰電創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)。公司致力于新能源電池系統(tǒng)、動力電池創(chuàng)新平臺等研究與生產(chǎn)。業(yè)務(wù)聚焦三元與磷酸鐵鋰電芯板塊，以單體電芯、電池系統(tǒng)集成（PACK）、動力電池模組等技術(shù)為核心，在鋰電池產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈組成不可獲取的一環(huán)。動力產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于海外新能源商用車、乘用車、工程機械、軌道交通等領(lǐng)域。

桑頓新能源與清華大學(xué)、湖南大學(xué)、中南大學(xué)、湘潭大學(xué)等名校進行前沿技術(shù)的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作，建立了以博士、碩士或?qū)＠l(fā)明人及優(yōu)秀專家和專業(yè)研發(fā)技術(shù)骨干為主要力量的創(chuàng)新研發(fā)技術(shù)團隊。截止目前，公司共申請專利 740 余項，其中，490 余項是有關(guān)提高鋰離子電池能量密度、充電速度、使用壽命和安全性的發(fā)明專利，相關(guān)科研成果已進入規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)，目前，桑頓新能源三元軟包單體電芯能量密度最高達(dá)260Wh/kg。
